Mr. Erik Daugherty, a Nashville native returns home after working in Washington, DC and Europe to provide Energy Solutions and Innovative products to the burgeoning Energy Efficient & Green Market in the South and Southeast.

Erik, a graduate from Nashville’s Montgomery Bell Academy, earned his MSc. degree from Lund University/Sweden in International Sustainable Development. He worked several years in Washington, DC analyzing and promoting alternative energy technologies, biofuels, climate change, and working for the U.S. International Trade Commission. He most recently returned from a second stint in Europe where he was a work-package leader on a pan-European Renewable Energy project.

Since returning to the USA, Erik realized that Energy is finally a hot topic in the USA and that new technologies provide better service, strong investment return and reduce energy demand. He has been consulting and managing Energy Efficiency projects that provide business owners a sound Return-on-Investment.

The Energy Efficiency and 'Green' Markets are rapidly developing in Nashville, which, until recently, had been spoiled by relatively low energy prices. Energy policy is receiving heightened attention by both sides 'of the political aisle' and more importantly 'Energy Efficiency' is being discussed by Fortune 500 and local Nashville businesses as a smart business investment that guarantees a decrease in rising energy costs and improves the Bottom-Line.

This vision, drive and passion motivated Erik into establishing an innovative and cutting edge company, E3 Innovate, LLC that offers solutions to all of your energy and environmental needs.

E3 Innovate, LLC is a company that lives and conducts business by example. All of the company diesel vehicles are powered by Biodiesel and the home office has recently installed a state-of-the-art GeoThermal heating and cooling system. From using ultra-efficient shower-heads, utilizing biodegradable place settings, driving high MPG vehicles, and purchasing carbon offsets and green electrical power from the Green Switch program, E3 Innovate strives to minimize its footprint.

E3’s commitment to continued excellence and education, as well as staying abreast of new technologies and innovations, is maintained through participation in local/national workshops, committees, tradeshows, and through a network of national and international colleagues. E3 also supports and participates with a host of organizations that share its goals and vision, such as the local and national chapters of the USGBC, Southface Institute, Building Outside the Box Partners, and Energy Star.

Erik Daugherty and his team have a mutual commitment and passion to utilize common sense and new technologies in an effort to save energy, save the environment and save money.
