How It Works

First, we have to decide which of our home certification services is the best fit for you. (Give us a call and we’ll be more than happy to discuss your options.) Depending on the service, our key project members will review your design, determine what areas can be improved, establish an initial HERS (Home Energy Rating System) score, and conduct on-site inspections. Once the project is complete and you’ve passed final inspection, you’ll receive the appropriate certificate.
