To start the assessment process, a certified Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Rater will schedule a convenient time to visit your home. (Prices vary depending on the size of your home.)

The Comprehensive Home Energy Assessment includes:

• Blower door test to determine air leakage
• Pressure pan test to determine duct leakage in the heating/cooling system
• Thermal imaging to detect insulation gaps
• Appliance efficiency analysis
• Basement, attic, and crawlspace surveys
• Home tour to address any questions and concerns
• Detailed report with cost-effective home improvement recommendations
