How It Works

To make sure your crawl space is properly sealed, our highly trained team will install a high mil, polyethylene vapor barrier on the space’s floor. Then, we seal off the foundation wall vents and wrap all support columns with an 8-mil, cross-laminated Griffolyn™ vapor barrier.  The result is a 3-layer high-strength, yet light-weight barrier that resists punctures or tears and seals out moisture.  It's durable long life expectancy provides year of radon and moisture protection.

Keep in mind that insulating the underside of your home is another way to improve the its overall performance. Although fiberglass insulation might seem more cost-effective, we suggest insulating your crawl space walls with long-lasting and effective spray foam insulation instead.
