This is important in ALL homes, new and old. Not only do filters help clean the air you breathe, they also help keep the inside of the air handlers and the coils free of dirt.
This two-year old home, built by a young couple in north Nashville, TN faced comfort and indoor air quality issues not long after the home was built.
