2023 marks E3 INNOVATE's 15th year serving the Nashville market! Yet, it seems like just yesterday the business was only a vision... 

 After his international work in Sweden and on Capital Hill, Erik Daugherty set his sights on creating a company that helped residence in his home town of Nashville become more sustainable. He wanted to reduce wasteful energy consumption and improve efficiency, all while supporting the environment.

Energy, efficiency, and environment became the basis of E3 INNOVATE. For 15 years, the company has made tremendous strides in becoming the leader in home performance and residential building science in Middle TN. Congratulations, Erik and the E3 Team!
